Specially curated Sambal Belacan based on Indonesian Sambal Belacan Recipe, we have curated a very delicious, crispy, slight bitter, sweet, and umami sambal using high quality fermented prawn paste sourced specially from Medan and containing more than 12 ingredients including seaweed and specially infused Garlic Oil.
Spicy level is moderate and it is good to be used for any cooking or can be eaten directly. This sambal belacan is only available at our store and will not be able to taste it anywhere else. Halal Certified and SFA approved for import.
