Fleur de Sel Salt is made from seawater of North Bali coastlines. This handcrafted artisan salt is created from Balinese centuries-old salt making traditions that started with the evaporation of sea water in the beds of black volcanic sands to create pure distilled brine which then crystallized inside vessels made from coconut tree logs. Only the first layer of salt crystal formed on the brine surface is hand-harvested as Fleur de Sel. Its light salt flakes offer subtle saltiness and sweet noted that will enhance any dishes. It can be used as a finishing salt, sprinkled onto salads, tomatoes, fish, roasts and sauces, and on buttered bread. (Good for autoimmune and ODAI), (Non-Fortified Salt/Garam Tanpa Yodium)
