Andre has been in the F&B industry for over 12 years and he is a trained Chef, trained Baker, trained Barista, and trained Mixology aside from a F&B Entrepreneur. Andre is trained in Japanese and Western Culinary Arts and has been formulating Recipes for other F&B Entrepreneurs and also teaching F&B students in Singapore for Culinary Arts since 2019.
