Honshitsu Kitchen is based in Singapore and aims to be one stop F&B retail stores both online and offline to provide complete ranges from Condiments, Sauces, Seasonings, Tea, Honey, Coffee Beans and Processed Food for 3 different markets including Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
Honshitsu Kitchen works closely with Nusantara Kitchen Indonesia whom is a one stop central production kitchen based in Batam producing our group own internal products and also to provide OEM service for F&B businesses in terms of production as well as packaging services. In short, Honshitsu Kitchen’s role is to help market our clients’ products and also our own internal products specialises in Condiments, Seasonings, and Coffee Beans for now.

We have a production kitchen situated in Batam serving both Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia market specialising in Asian condiments, seasonings, and processed food becoming the 1st licensed kitchen for production and packaging to be able to export and import to both Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. In addition, our production kitchen is also HALAL Certified.
What We Do
- Nusantara Kitchen in Singapore or known as CV Dapur Nusantara Indonesia, provides contract kitchen production, labeling, and quality control services for F&B home businesses in Singapore and Indonesia We produce 20% inhouse and OEM 80% ranging from Condiments, Seasonings, RTEs, processed food, coffee, tea, and honey.
- Honshitsu Kitchen provides the F&B retail marketplace or entry to Singapore, and Indonesia markets for now for all of our clients. Our operations are mainly e-commerce and pop-ups for now, but we are aiming to scale in terms of online and offline store operations.

Andre Darmono, the founder of Walker Group is a trained chef, trained baker, trained barisa, trained mixologist, trained coffee roaster, and veteran F&B entrepreneur. His vision is always wanting to establish a thriving ecosystem for F&B businesses especially to support the micro SMEs in F&B industry connecting Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.
